• How did the proposal go?
  “Chris asked me to go pick out a dress that he came and bought for me. I then went home and changed and he asked me to meet him at print works bistro for dinner. We ate for 2 hours and I bought him a 36$ shot of bourbon before we sat on the lit patio while drinking wine and talking for a while. He kept trying to sit on the side where the ring box wouldn’t show in his pocket but I didn’t realize and ended up hitting my hand on the box, but tried to play it off like I didn’t know what I just did. I could tell he was nervous as he asked me to walk to the small garden area with him. He began by telling me how much he loved me and I knew what was coming, of course the water works started. He proposed and I said YES! He surprised me with a suite at the proximity where he had literally covered everything in rose pedals (most creative thing he’s ever done). It was a perfect night together.”

• “Ashley makes me a better person, and I love that about her. She’s the most determined person I know to make herself the best possible nurse and person all around.”
