Miss V, a Lexington-based Emergency Medical Technician and first responder, came to us after a massive transformation—not just physically, but emotionally. And her boudoir session was all about honoring the woman she’s become.
A New Body, A New Life, A New Confidence
Miss V had been thinking about a boudoir session for a while. After years of putting everyone else first, she was ready to finally do something for herself. She recently lost over 100 lbs, going from a size 22 to a size 12/13, through sheer dedication to fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Alongside her husband—who’s also lost 100 lbs—the two made a complete lifestyle change: clean eating, cutting out soda and energy drinks, and working out 4–6 days a week.
Her transformation wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about reclaiming her identity. She traded long locks for a bold pink mohawk, danced through life at a P!NK concert, and began seeing herself in a new light: sexy, powerful, and full of fire.
Letting Go of Shame & Embracing Beauty
But her path hasn’t been easy. Miss V shared that for most of her life, she struggled with body shame, much of it stemming from emotional abuse from her mother, who constantly criticized her looks. Her mother passed away in 2021—and Miss V knew something had to change.
💬 “I had to look at myself and realize I’m not nothing. I am something. I care about how I look and feel.”
As a first responder, she’s seen unimaginable trauma—including the day she had to perform CPR on her own mother. It was clear: the weight of life had been heavy, but this boudoir experience was about setting that weight down and rising again.

The Beginning of Something New
Miss V left her old life behind in Michigan—her job, her surroundings, and even her mental headspace. With her husband by her side, this move to North Carolina marked the start of something new: a healthier relationship, a deeper sense of self-worth, and a commitment to living out loud instead of hiding.
She’s already planning to come back for another session—and we cannot wait to see her again. 🔥
