There’s only one thing missing from your perfectly planned day… Bungalow 1325. 

 

Located in the heart of Historic Plaza Midwood, Bungalow 1325 is a one-of-a-kind space designed especially for brides like you. 

With more than 1,000 square feet of impeccably designed space, Bungalow 1325 is owned by award-winning photographer Cass Bradley — and as you would expect, it was created to be photographed. 

The intimate space comes complete with distinctive décor, picture-perfect vignettes, natural lighting, an honor bar and so much more.  

Brides and photographers alike find the Bungalow particularly ideal for a private bridal suite to primp and prep before your wedding. The historic house offers more than double the space of a standard hotel suite, providing ample room for a pre-wedding glam session with your girls and a private moment, should you need alone time before you walk down the aisle. 

To comfortably accommodate your family, friends and vendors, Bungalow 1325 also features multiple open space, several sitting areas, and a petite full kitchen and bathroom. 

Bungalow 1325 also features a luxe boudoir suite available for other types of photography sessions also. The room’s neutral-white design scheme makes for a romantic backdrop for both boudoir shoots and bridal portraits. 

Another fan favorite is the Bungalow’s enchanting garden courtyard. It’s an outdoor space that doubles as another location for photographs and an event space, ideal for smaller events like intimate rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches, and elopements/micro- weddings. 

The investment for a full day rental is $500, and includes private use of the entire house (all indoor and outdoor space) for 16 hours (6am – Midnight. With half-days available for photo sessions or intimate events for $350).

To sweeten the deal, all full-rentals include a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates.
