Katie and Ryan Private Estate Lakeside Elopement – Charlotte, NC

 
2 years ago today–these two were married at a private residence on the lake.  Just the two of them and less than an hand full (as in-3) of their dear friends by their side.
Ryan made the arrangements for the day to deliver her dream.  (Including selecting the location, hiring a private chef…and selecting not one, but two wedding cakes as each represented a unique part of there relationship.)
There were soft-spoken vows spoken, tears shed..and laughter for days.  (she ‘warned’ me he was ‘goofy’ and to expect the unexpected–including him flying a drone to capture her face as he walked the ‘aisle’ of the dock the dock they had chosen as their wedding location and super hero ‘props’ for formal photos;-)   But above all else-  it was intimate, emotional and an absolutely perfect reflection of the two them.
