Rustic Glam Saratoga Springs Wedding (Megan and Bubba)

From the lack of blog posting–you all may have forgotten we are Charlotte wedding photographers🙂
–Its been 16 months of extreme growth in our business and lives here at BlueSky Photo Artists and its been wild to be a part of! However, we think its high time we catch you up a bit with all of the exciting things going on for us/our clients. Starting with Megan and Bubba’s Saratoga Springs wedding!

Rustic Glam Saratoga Springs Wedding (Megan and Bubba)

Megan and Bubba joke their first meeting one another was very ‘romantic.’ (in front of the restroom at a concert at Coyote Joe’s;-)
Same goes for their proposal story. (Bubba proposed during the song Wrecking Ball at the Eric Church concert–though not in front of the restrooms and Eric did congratulate them from the stage.)
Their Saratoga Springs May wedding however–truly was romantic.
Tiny stolen moments and happy tears upon happy tears.
However, their laid-back vibe was ever-present in everything from the low-key/no-pressure timeline, intimate/outdoor ceremony, and choreographed serenade by the bridesmaids. (You guessed it: they belted Wrecking Ball.)
Some of our favorite moments from the day?

The look on her grandfathers face when he saw her in her dress…followed by her father’s. Tears all around.
The aforementioned bridesmaid serenade
Screaming flower girl anyone? (the best.cry.face. ever.)
There may or may not have been a lil’ cake smashing. (which, we typically don’t prefer but they were sweet about it.)

Megan and Bubba–we loved being a part of your day and have loved keeping up with your hilarious banter, Panther’s game celebrations, watching your tight-knit family come together through everything from illness, to welcoming new babies to the family –to us…all of this is incredibly romantic.
