Lately it seems ‘other life stories’ are making their way to me to document.  Typically, the ‘next chapters’ of my former brides.  But in this case–I was asked to document the journey of a fellow wedding professional (Angela Recinellla of Planned Perfection Events) as she welcomed home her sweet baby girl.   …and I loved every minute of it.  (even when baby Sam refused to even consider shutting her eyes.  #iamnotababywhisperer)
This mama had waited quite a while for her girl.
Angela and her husband Tony’s journey lead them to considering adoption.  And considering.  And after much discussion… finally the time was right.  They agreed to begin the process.
Its funny how ‘putting it out into the universe works’–within weeks of being in the preliminary stages of this big decision:  a birth mother ended up directly in the path of these two would-be parents.
 
After a few weeks of rushing to complete items like home studies, adoption contracts and  a quick meeting with the birth mother–a decision was made.  These two (and big brother, Chewy) were now destined to adopt this angel-faced baby girl.
Angela and Tony…thank you for the honor getting to meet this little blessing.  (it ALMOST made me want one;-)
