I just love a good love story. That’s one of the reasons I love my job so much… Here’s a little bit about Jenna and Robert – How they met and how we came up with ideas from their session.
From Jenna:
“…We met at RiRa on a random Wednesday. I was out with a girlfriend that night. We were just out for some drinks and girl talk because I had just gone through a break-up with my previous boyfriend the week before.

Anyways, there were not many people out that night so it was easy for me to spot the “cute guy in the chuck taylors” as he was initially know;)
He was also surrounded by a group of about 5 girls, so I was sure one was a girlfriend! Long story short Rob’s friend Bob chatted me up but he was pretty dull, so Rob came to save me..the rest is history!

We love uptown!!! We are definitely city folks:) Hearst Tower is my favorite building in the Charlotte skyline, I told Rob this on our second date. I always called it Gotham City because I didn’t know what it’s actual name was.

We spent lots of time uptown when we were first dating partly because that’s where Rob lived. He gave me lots of tours of the city and took me to all the fun Charlotte events like Taste of Charlotte and the fantastic for people watching Speed Street.

And of course Rob proposed in front of the waterfall at Trade and Tryon, complete with a guitar, bongo and keyboard player playing all of our favorite songs. As well as what seemed like a thousand candles everywhere!!!

So yes Charllotte will always hold a very special place in my heart!! I could go on and on but those are the highlights.

One last fun fact…I moved to Charlotte in 2010 with my boyfriend at the time(he brought me here), the one I broke up with the week before I met Rob. Do things happen for a reason??? I would have to say Yes!!! I am a firm believer in that:))”
