This was our first year of participating in the Charlotte Bridal Showcase and we can call it nothing less than an an amazing experience.  (though totally and completely exhausting…I stayed in sweatpants the entire next day!!)
Since we are such a non-pushy, sales-y group of folks here…we really wanted brides/groom’s to approach us and not feel we were trying to lure them into our booth with same-day booking discounts and ‘fast talk’… Instead wanted them to feel like they could have a comfortable place to walk in, sit down, chat it up and see our work and get to know our-laid back style.  (we have been so very blessed to date with no ‘bridezillas’ and seem to attract super fun and fabulous couples who we laugh all day with and we were hoping to meet more of those at the show)  I really do think we did just that!  Our booth was slammed the entire day. (and many folks were sweet enough to give us great feedback. …even a few local photographers we respect tons came to express their thoughts….which was pretty amazing.)
Since the show a few weeks ago we have had many inquires, multiple potential-client meetings and have added 3 of the MOST FABULOUS  (and coincidentally-gorgeous!) couples you can imagine to our 2011 Wedding Schedule.  We are beyond thrilled and will definitely be involved in the show again next year.
